This can cause discomfort, but the therapist will always communicate with you to work within your comfort zone.

           I blend the traditional Swedish style massage (using long strokes, circular movements and kneading) with the hot stones and melt away your tension, warming your muscles, increasing circulation and releasing your knots quicker than a normal massage. Hot stone massage is extremely relaxing, you will float away following a session.

           It's a wonderfully warming treatment. The muscles are relaxed and rejuvenated in a sensation totally unique to hot stone massage. With hot stones, one of the major benefits is that the heat from the stones penetrates your body, bringing many of the benefits of massage to a deeper level. It allows intense muscle relaxation which enables me to work very deeply, without the same pressure needed to apply in a deep tissue massage.
